Rosary – ஜெபமாலை ("the App") is a Tamil & English Catholic prayer app published on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App. We built Rosary to be simple, offline, and respectful of your privacy from the start.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App:
All prayers, text, and audio content are bundled with the App itself and are accessed entirely on your device.
The App and this website may display a UPI QR code and UPI ID so users can voluntarily support us. If you choose to donate, that transaction is handled entirely by your own UPI app (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm) and your bank. We do not receive, process, or store any payment, card, or bank account information — we only see that a donation was made, in the same way any UPI recipient would.
The App is distributed through Google Play, which has its own privacy practices governing installation, updates, and (if applicable) any permissions Google Play itself requires. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google Play handles data.
Links from this website (such as our Instagram page or Google Play listing) lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, since no personal data is collected by the App at all.
Because the App does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no user data held by us that could be exposed in a data breach.
If our data practices ever change (for example, if we introduce a new feature that requires data collection), we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above accordingly.
